Abstract
The article presents a historical and psychological analysis that allows highlighting the features of the psychological selection of women pilots in our country, to identify the existing problems of professional psychological selection of military women pilots, to identify promising areas of modernization of the selection of female pilots. The materials of psychological selection of female cadets are presented (bibliography: 6 refs).
