Аннотация

Обсуждаются вопросы этиологии, патогенеза, клинического течения, диагностики, лечения и прогноза абсцесса мошонки. Абсцесс мошонки встречается редко и преимущественно развивается как осложнение различных острых заболеваний органов мошонки, малого таза, забрюшинного пространства, брюшной полости и связанных с ними инструментальных и оперативных вмешательств. Абсцесс мошонки проявляется неспецифической клинической картиной острого заболевания органов мошонки, в редких случаях наблюдается стертое клиническое течение, симптомы схожи с таковыми при специфическом орхите или злокачественных заболеваниях мошонки. Абсцесс мошонки наблюдается среди пациентов любого возраста, преимущество у лиц с отягощенным иммунодефицитным коморбидным фоном. В диагностике заболевания ведущее место принадлежит лучевым исследованиям, а в его лечении - хирургическим методам. Прогноз для жизни при своевременном лечении абсцесса мошонки является благоприятным.
