Author Guidelines

The required set of documents consists of article files (*.tex and *.pdf, as well as files with illustrations, if any). A printed version of the manuscript is not required. Sample files and detailed design instructions can be downloaded by the link

Rules for the design of the bibliography

Bibliographic lists must be created by using the amsbib.sty package, which is designed for typing bibliographies in LaTeX2e using AMS-TeX commands. The design style of the literature of the amsbib.sty package corresponds to the style adopted in the leading journals of the Department of Mathematical Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

• Сопроводительные документы. Авторы подготовили для передачи в редакцию экспертное заключение о возможности опубликования материалов в открытой печати, оформленное в соответствии с законодательством РФ и обязуются загрузить его на сайт журнала на Шаге 3 в процессе отправки рукописи.

• Отсутствие плагиата в тексте. Эта статья не была раньше опубликована, а также не представлена для рассмотрения и публикации в другом журнале (иначе объясните это в Примечаниях для Редактора).

• Правильный формат. Отправляемый файл рукописи имеет формат Microsoft Word или RTF - *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf. При оформлении рукописи соблюдены все требования редакции по оформлению текста, рукопись отформатирована в соответствии с указаниями официального сайта журнала.

Каждый автор должен в порядке ст. 428 ГК РФ принять в полном объёме «Публичные правила передачи исключительных прав на статьи для опубликования в научных изданиях ВИНИТИ РАН», утвержденные 17.04.2019 г., путем подписания заявления о присоединении к указанным «Публичным правилам».

The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
