Abstract
this article discusses the opportunities for organizing students’ professional internships based on a modificational approach, as well as its advantages in the educational process. It highlights the organization of the teaching process using the "Self-Management" technology to enhance students’ readiness for professional activities, adaptability, and development. The article also presents data on the results obtained in control and experimental groups in higher education institutions through monitoring and trial-experimentation. In the modern context of globalization and rapid technological development, the problems of implementing modern approaches to teaching are becoming more relevant than ever. Educational institutions around the world are faced with the need to adapt their methods to the rapidly changing demands of society and labor markets. Thus, designing an educational process based on innovative technologies is a key aspect of education reform. One of the important areas of these changes is a modification approach to organizing professional practice. It involves flexibility in the use of methods and forms of training, which allows effectively covering a wide range of knowledge and skills necessary for the formation of professional competencies in students. The use of various educational technologies – from online courses to interactive platforms – creates an opportunity for a deeper assimilation of the material and active involvement of students in the learning process. The modification approach in education is expressed in taking into account various aspects of the educational process: revision of curricula, changes in the content and methods of teaching, as well as in the development of modern assessment systems. In the context of constant changes in the field of education, the improvement of the qualification practice program in the direction of "Technological education" is of particular importance. In this context, the modification approach allows for a more in-depth analysis and consideration of various factors affecting the effectiveness of this process. First of all, it should be noted that the activity and independent work of students are key elements determining the success of the practice. Increasing the degree of student involvement in the educational process contributes not only to better assimilation of knowledge, but also to the development of critical thinking and self-regulation skills. In addition, educational relationships play an important role in the formation of the student's personality. These relationships can be both intra-curricular and interdisciplinary, which allows for broadening the horizons of students and promotes a more holistic perception of the material. Intending to develop students' interest in learning, it is necessary to form in them internal motives that will contribute to a constant desire for knowledge and self-improvement. These research results modern requirements for training specialists in higher education institutions focus on the need to develop students' readiness for professional activity and flexibility in the conditions of a rapidly changing labor market. One of the effective tools for achieving these goals is the "Self-Management" technology, applied on the basis of a modification approach to professional practice. One of the key aspects of the study was the holding of master classes aimed at developing the professional training of students of higher education institutions. These events allowed not only to increase the level of knowledge and skills of students, but also to introduce a modification approach to the educational process. This approach, based on the adaptation and optimization of the educational process, contributed to the development of new programs and plans for organizing professional practice in the 4+2 format, which ensured the flexibility and effectiveness of preparatory activities for both students and methodologists.
