Values – the goals of students in education in the context of modern development of society

the article examines the value orientations of modern students as priority "values – goals" for achieving their goals in life and the educational process. The problem of changing the value orientations to education among future university specialists in the context of modern development of society is shown. The system of "values – goals" of students is revealed as a conscious strategy and choice of the necessary conditions for building an individual development trajectory and choosing a future high-paying job. Most students consider material well-being, independence and independence as necessary conditions for their development and ensuring comfortable conditions for their further life activities. The article shows that education for modern students acts as a "value – goal", the need for which lies not so much in knowledge and self-improvement as in solving problems and difficulties in further self-determination when choosing a future professional activity and organizing material well-being. The results obtained can be used in the formation of students' value attitudes and consciousness in the process of building an individual educational trajectory in the context of the educational space in order to reveal the cultural aspect of the transmitted knowledge, revealing the humanistic aspect of the disciplines taught.
