Individual educational trajectories as a factor of student engagement in the educational process

the article discusses approaches to the definition of the concept of "student engagement". Designing an individual educational trajectory allows you to design the educational process in accordance with the personal needs, requests, inclinations and interests of the student, which means that it is an effective factor of involvement in the educational process. Thanks to an individual approach, students can start building a career in advance by choosing courses and subjects that match their professional aspirations. This helps them find a job faster after graduation and successfully integrate into the professional environment. Thus, individual educational trajectories contribute to improving the quality of education, help students reach their potential and ensure successful adaptation to the requirements of the modern labor market. The tasks were solved using theoretical (comparative analysis, generalization and systematization; study of psychological and pedagogical literature) and empirical (observation, method of data fixation, comparison) methods.
