Mathematical models and algorithms for a new type of intelligent platform for the implementation of an individual learning trajectory, taking into account the learner's psychotype
Sakharova L.V., Arapova E.A., Artamonova A.G.
Abstract
The mathematical models and algorithms that form the basis of a new type of intellectual educational platform aimed at the student's independent assimilation of the given disciplines are considered. The training is carried out in the process of interaction with an electronic learning system that adapts to the student's level of knowledge, his psychotype, system of preferences and individual characteristics of the nervous system. The concept is based on the combined use of an electronic textbook on educational disciplines, created on the basis of a programmable learning approach, and gamification implemented in the web development of an intelligent educational platform. The methodology of evaluation of the study results at the university, as the level of student's competence formation on the basis of the results of certification by means of standard assessment funds, is constructed. The methodology is based on fuzzy-multiple aggregation of the results obtained when the student performs a set of assessment tasks recommended by experts and selected by the teacher to check the level of the selected competencies.

How to implement intelligent video analytics systems in educational institutions
Yakovleva M.V., Nizovaya A.A.
Abstract
The authors conducted a study of the possibility of improving security in educational institutions through the introduction of an intelligent video analytics system. The main components of intelligent video analytics systems are considered; a general algorithm for the operation of such systems is formulated and visualized. The main companies engaged in the development of video analytics systems adapted to various fields and monitoring dangerous situations at important state-owned enterprises in real time are systematized. Examples of the application of systems in various fields allowed the authors to formulate typical steps when deciding on the introduction and implementation of a video analytics system in educational institutions. The main advantages and opportunities are noted. Special attention is paid to the technological risks of introducing digital technology into the field of video stream analysis.

The monitoring of financial innovation in the central banks' statistics
Bolonin A.I., Bolonina S.E., Leshchenko Y.G.
Abstract
The article presents the results of the monitoring of financial innovation in the statistics of central banks being implemented at the present stage. Financial innovation and digitalization are not only transforming the financial sector but also creating gaps in central bank statistics. This process is due to the introduction of new financial products and the improvement of existing banking services.Based on the roadmap "Formation of statistical information on financial technology" developed by the Irving Fisher Committee, the authors conducted a behavioral analysis of Fintech companies covering various segments of the financial market in the context of gaps in statistical data, data on Fintech companies with existing data in official statistics, and ongoing international initiatives in this direction. It is concluded that the monitoring of financial innovation in the statistics of central banks depends on the available information and varies from country to country. This may require the adjustment of various national strategies for the construction of statistics on financial technology.

Application of synergetic management methods in the study of the Supply and Demand Dynamic System
Batishcheva G.A., Bratishchev A.V.
Abstract
The article provides a complete bifurcation analysis of the mathematical model of the Supply and Demand Dynamic System. Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical experiment in the Matlab+Simulink package, all phase portraits of the system were obtained; and an additive control system for the interaction of supply and demand was built. A class of permissible achievable states of the dynamic system under study is particularized. With the help of the constructed model, it is possible to make a forecast of the development of the process under consideration at any initially specified state of the system.

Algorithm for developing a cenological reference model in intelligent analysis
Kuzyminov A.N., Sakharova L.V., Bukhov N.V.
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of setting tasks during machine learning and intelligent analysis of real economic systems. A set of shortcomings has been identified. These shortcomings includes the organicity of using a model of rational expectations of economic entities in forecasting. The authors substantiate the idea of using adaptive ideal model development technology to evaluate and develop development scenarios. The mathematical algorithm for the development of key parameters is considered. In statics, this algorithm can be described as an ideal form of cenosis. In dynamics, this algorithm can be described by solving the problems of Markov jump autoregressive systems. The proposed algorithm was tested on the example of the exchange rate formation problem. The obtained result confirms the possibility of developing a reference model based on dynamic parameters determined by simulation.

Non-fungible token technology as a tool for sports and tourism marketing
Lebedeva S.A., Kharchenko D.E., Dyakonov A.D., Belyakova M.Y.
Abstract
Recently, non-fungible token (NFT) technology has gained widespread adoption and has become an integral part of the cryptocurrency world. This raises the question of how this technology can be used to develop other industries, such as sports and tourism. In this article, the authors explore the potential of NFTs as a tool for sports and tourism marketing. The study analyzes examples of using NFTs in the sports and tourism industries, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this technology. The authors identify the main problems that may arise when using NFTs in sports and tourism, such as the complexity of creating and promoting tokens, as well as the need to ensure security and protection against counterfeits. However, despite these challenges, the authors conclude that NFTs in sports and tourism marketing have great potential for attracting new customers and improving interaction with existing ones. For example, creating non-fungible tokens for exclusive tourist routes or sporting events can attract the attention of travel and sports enthusiasts, as well as allow them to gain a unique experience. Thus, NFTs in sports and tourism marketing can be a useful tool for the development of these industries, but further research and technical improvements are required.

Processing tangential stress images obtained using liquid crystals
Ikaev N.D., Efimova E.V., Zhilina E.V.
Abstract
There is a problem of processing images of tangential stress fields obtained during the experiment using liquid crystals. These images are complex and may contain a large amount of information that needs to be processed and analyzed. The main problem is the need to extract useful information from such images. This requires special data processing algorithms that can automatically identify areas with tangential stresses of interest. These algorithms can use various methods, such as machine learning, noise filtering and image segmentation. Another problem is the need to analyze the data obtained. Various image analysis and statistical data analysis software can be used for this purpose. Additional experiments may also be required to verify the adequacy of the results obtained and their further interpretation.
