A multi-subject approach to developing the social interaction experience of future cultural specialists

this article presents the results of a study examining the professional training of future cultural specialists to build a new socio-cultural reality consistent with the strategy of the state cultural policy for national development. The objective of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for preparing students at creative universities to shape a new socio-cultural reality. The article examines the essence and characteristics of social interaction among cultural specialists in the context of constructing a new socio-cultural reality in Russian society, their place and functions in the professional activity of the specialist, and the scientific prerequisites for developing students' social interaction experience at the university. Based on a theoretical analysis of scientific sources reflecting the factors, contradictions, and threats of the new social reality that determine the transformation of the functions of culture and education, the choice of a multi-subject approach to solving the research problem is substantiated. The definition, structure, and functions of social interaction experience in the professional activities of a cultural specialist are presented.
