Abstract
the research is devoted to the theoretical analysis of emotional and personal predictors of infantilism in the modern youth environment. The relevance of the problem is determined by the prevalence of the phenomenon of infantilism and the need to systematize its psychological determinants. The purpose of the study is to develop a structural model of emotional and personal predictors of infantilism based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature. Materials and methods. The work uses a set of theoretical research methods: a systematic analysis of scientific sources, comparative analysis of concepts, theoretical modeling and conceptual analysis. The methodological basis was the systemic and personal-activity approaches. Results. A multilevel model of emotional and personal predictors of infantilism has been developed, which includes three interrelated components: emotional (low emotional intelligence, lack of self-regulation), personal-motivational (external locus of control, low self-efficacy) and socio-behavioral (incomplete separation, conformity). The system relationships between the components of the model have been established. It is revealed that the digital environment acts as a catalyst for infantile manifestations, enhancing the effect of the identified predictors. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the structuring of the conceptual apparatus and the development of a holistic model of the determinant of infantilism. Conclusion. The results obtained form the basis for further empirical research and can be used in the development of preventive programs aimed at developing emotional intelligence, forming an internal locus of control and promoting successful separation among young people.
