This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of fundamental theoretical approaches and practical advancements in the study of psychological trauma consequences in domestic and foreign science. Furthermore, it presents the results of an empirical study designed to identify the specifics of post-traumatic stress reactions on a non-clinical sample. The research is based at a psychological center and utilizes a non-clinical sample. The methodological approach includes analytical review and content analysis of relevant literature and empirical data. The study identifies key differences and similarities between theoretical paradigms and practical methodologies used in domestic and international trauma research. The empirical part reveals specific patterns of post-traumatic stress reactions within the studied sample. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of cross-cultural perspectives on trauma and have practical implications for developing targeted psychological support strategies.
