Молекулярно-динамическое исследование процесса кратерообразования при высокоскоростном взаимодействии металлических кластеров с подложкой

Аннотация
В представленной работе в рамках метода молекулярной динамики были проведены численные эксперименты по исследованию ударного взаимодействия металлических нанокластеров различного размера с металлической подложкой в широком диапазоне скоростей. Анализ полученных данных показал, что объем кратера остается пропорциональным энергии ударника и обратно пропорциональным динамической прочности материала, причем угловой коэффициент прямой не зависит от размера кластера и материала кластер-подложка.
