Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются четыре случая одностороннего выхода США из международных соглашений по контролю над вооружениями в первых двух десятилетиях XXI века. Каждый из четырёх прецедентов проанализирован через представленные законодателями резолюции на предмет разницы подходов демократов и республиканцев к вопросам контроля над вооружениями. Также затронуты проблемы конституционности действий президента и реализации конституционных полномочий Конгресса при выходе США из международных соглашений.
