Abstract
the purpose of the article is to analyze innovative methods of strategic management in the context of digitalization. The reasons of transformation of processes of application of methods of strategic management by management systems of the organizations are investigated and the strategic purposes of their use are defined. The principal model of the strategic management of the organization is disclosed and the best practices of strategic management methods aimed at solving problems of increasing the efficiency of production and business entities are identified. A comprehensive analysis of innovative methods of strategic management, acting as a dynamic interweaving of digital technologies, predictive analytics tools, business management models, and organizational abilities of management system managers involved in the development of a development strategy, is carried out. The research used the method of comparative analysis of statistical data, the method of generalization and grouping of data, the graphical method and the method of analysis of scientific literature. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that the methods of strategic management are aimed at profound transformations of managerial business processes that promote rapid decision-making by the management system of production and business entities and the development of strategic flexibility in management and are focused on overcoming negative environmental changes within the framework of achieving long-term development goals related to economic growth and gaining advantages. in front of competitors. The possibilities of practical application of the research materials are based on the use of the data obtained for the further development of the practice of applying strategic management methods by specialists of the management system of organizations at various levels.
