the use of digital technologies is becoming necessary to quickly process large amounts of data for detected anomalies, deviations from predefined values, possible inefficiencies in business processes, and markers of corporate fraud. BI-tools can serve as one example of digital implementations. They allow you to link data from various sources, track changes and detect deviations in near real time (taking into account data updates in the systems). This article discusses the use of BI-tools to digitalize control procedures in the process of selling products. Popular BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Fine BI, Qlik Sense, Google Data Studio, DataLense are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of BI-tools as a means of control are considered, as well as the possibilities of using these tools in a business process as a control. In addition, the article also analyzes the role of the human factor and the level of competence of economic security employees when using dashboards.
