Directions and problems of application of methods of efficient use of existing and creation of new jobs at the industrial enterprise of instrument-making

the relevance of the study of the problem of use and creation of jobs at instrument-making enterprises is due to the need to adapt to market dynamics, increase labor productivity, ensure sustainable employment and, in general, maintain the competitiveness of the industry. The paper reveals the specifics of assessing and ensuring the efficiency of using workplaces in the context of the instrument-making industry, substantiates the differences in the methods of efficient use of existing and new workplaces, and also provides the main problems that instrument-making enterprises face in this area. The purpose of the study: systematization of directions and substantiation of methods for ensuring the efficiency of workplaces, taking into account current economic and technological conditions. Research methods: documentary analysis, abstraction, synthesis, systems approach, induction, deduction. Results: The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the directions and problems in the field of ensuring the efficiency of workplaces in instrument-making. Conclusion: The listed measures in combination should create conditions for the sustainable development of an instrument-making enterprise and minimize potential problems in the application of methods for the efficient use of existing and creation of new workplaces.
