Abstract
this article presents the author's psychological concept of entrepreneurial competitiveness, developed based on a synthesis of theoretical and empirical research. It substantiates the relevance of studying competitiveness in the current socio-economic environment and identifies the need for a holistic understanding of this phenomenon. Methodological approaches and research methods (questionnaires, expert assessment, psychological diagnostics, and problem-solving simulations) used to analyze a sample of Russian entrepreneurs are presented. The key psychological patterns that determine competitiveness are identified: the relationship between multi-professionalism, innovative activity, achievement motivation, experience, and personal and professional qualities. A general model of entrepreneurial competitiveness has been developed, incorporating personal, activity-based, and socio-psychological components. The concept has explanatory and predictive value and can be used in scientific research, educational programs, and practical support for entrepreneurial activity.
