Clinical And Anamnestic Portrait Of Women Over 40 Years Old In Assisted Reproductive Technology Programs Using Their Own Oocytes

Abstract

To study clinical and anamnestic features of women over 40 years of age with infertility using assisted reproductive with their own oocytes. The study included 520 infertile couples with late reproductive age of the woman (over 40 years) for the period from 2016 to 2024. Descriptive statistics were used to present the clinical and anamnestic characteristics of the group. The causes of infertility were determined and the role of somatic and gynecological diseases in the development of infertility in study cohort were presented. The study of clinical and anamnestic data is a primary task for clinicians, and an individual approach to the correction of concomitant pathology helps improve the outcomes of infertility treatment.
