International spread of calligraphic education: trends and mechanisms

Abstract

the article analyzes the evolution of calligraphy as an important art form and its global spread. The main attention is paid to the issues of cultural heritage preservation, aesthetic education, professional application and educational programs. The aim of the article is to explore the historical and cultural significance of calligraphy in different traditions, to analyze the current trends in the popularization of calligraphic teaching. The objectives of the article are: 1) to evaluate the role of calligraphy as a tool for preserving cultural heritage and forming aesthetic taste; 2) to study the mechanisms of international expansion of calligraphic education, including digital platforms, international organizations, academic cooperation, printed products and social networks; 3) to emphasize the significance of calligraphy as a means of self-identification and artistic expression in the context of globalization; 4) to study the impact of calligraphy on the development of visual literacy and critical thinking in students. Practical significance: the article will be useful for education specialists, students of humanities and arts, as well as for a wide audience interested in the history and contemporary significance of calligraphy. It can also become an important resource for those who seek to better understand the significance of this art in the context of cultural and personal self-expression.
