Abstract
The peculiarities of the implementation of measures of administrative and legal policy of the Russian Federation aimed at combating COVID-19 coronavirus are analyzed. Among them a special place is devoted to the adaptation of legislation to the conditions prevailing in the territory of the Russian Federation during the pandemic. In this connection, the adopted new compositions of administrative offences and the issues of bringing to administrative responsibility for them are analyzed. Conclusions on the development of administrative law in the new conditions are made.
