The anatomy of Russian reformation in the era of Alexander I: why did governor-general A.D. Balashov appear on the banks of the Oka river?
Abstract
The article discusses the reasons that prompted the Russian Emperor Alexander I to establish in November 1819 the Governor-General's district of Voronezh, Orel, Ryazan, Tambov, Tula provinces. For the practice of local government in the Russian Empire of the 19th century, the introduction of the post of Governor-General in the central regions of Russia was a unique case. According to the emperor's plan, this was to be an important step in the practical implementation of the constitutional draft of the "State Charter of the Russian Empire." For the first time, the sources related to this episode of provincial history, introduced into scientific circulation, allow for a new interpretation of the political strategy of Emperor Alexander I, who until the end of his life did not abandon plans to reform the country and his ideas about the ways of its practical implementation.



Flour milling and grain processing industry and trade in grain processing products in Tambov region in the 19th century
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of studying the grain processing complex, the enterprises of the milling and cereal industry in the Tambov province in the 19th century, as well as the trade in bread products in the region. The relevance of this study is determined by the need to fill the source and historiographical gap in the study of the grain production complex, production facilities for processing and storing grain, enterprises for processing vegetable raw materials (flour mills, grain crackers, etc.), grain trade in the Tambov province in the XIX century. The results of the study can be useful for solving the challenges facing agriculture in our region at the present stage. The purpose of the study is to characterize the milling and cereal industry and trade in grain processing products in the Tambov province in the 19th century. Materials and methods. The source base of the research was made up of materials from the collections of the State Archive of the Tambov Region. The methodological basis of the study compiled: a general scientific method of analysis, a statistical method, a systematic approach, as well as the principles of objectivity and historicism. The scientific novelty of the work is related to the consideration of enterprises of the flour milling industry and trade in bread products in the region through the analysis of the formation of innovative forms of rationalism and entrepreneurship at the microlevel.

Fostering patriotism among university students within the framework of museum and educational activities on the example of the project «Repeated witness»
Abstract
The aim of the article is to consider the ways of using museum and educational activities to foster patriotism among the younger generation, namely students of Russian universities. The study examines ways of organizing volunteer and project activities aimed at promoting military-historical knowledge among young people. The focus is on the «Repeat Witness» project, which provides opportunities for participants to meet with veterans of the Great Patriotic War and pass on their memories to the next generation, continuing the historical connection between them. As forms of work, project participants are invited to prepare life stories of eyewitnesses of historical events according to a certain scheme, from childhood to the present day, and use visual materials to present them. The use of didactic methods is considered: evoking an emotional response, conveying historical knowledge and stimulating actions such as retelling, writing or discussing life stories.



Digital transformations in professional education
Abstract
The modern educational environment is undergoing fundamental changes due to the introduction of digital technologies that form an integrated virtual space for all participants in the educational and scientific processes. The essence of the digital transformation of the educational sphere is manifested in the continuous updating of the content of curricula; improvement of pedagogical methods; transformation of organizational forms of training. This process radically changes the paradigm of obtaining and disseminating knowledge, offering innovative approaches to educational activities. The presented study analyzes: current areas of application of digital technologies in vocational training, features of the use of ICT resources in various academic disciplines, methodological support for the digital educational process, practical aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in training. Such an integrated approach allows us to identify new prospects for the development of vocational education in the context of digitalization.



Comparative analysis of concepts: «digital literacy» and «computer literacy» as system-forming components of the subject «Computer Science»
Abstract
Modern realities require a person to interact with digital technologies on a daily basis, since they are extensively embedded in the social world of society and are constantly being updated. The purpose of using digital technologies by a person is to increase the convenience and comfort of his life. This interaction is especially relevant for children, including adolescents. It is important not only for a child to interact competently with digital technologies, but also for children to safely use online digital technology tools and protect personal data. According to modern realities, the competent and safe development of digital technologies must begin at school. The subject «Informatics» allows to cover the problems mentioned above and form digital and computer literacy, which are system-building for this course, which meets the requirements of the international levels. The results of the study showed the expediency of differentiating these concepts in order to master them more effectively and maximize the benefits of the educational process in the future.



Corrective and developmental potential of role-playing in socialization of preschool children with disabilities
Abstract
Taking into account modern trends in the development of society and its digitalization some qualitative changes are taking place in the environment and the socialization of older preschool children. The studies note that preschool children spend more time in front of screens of digital devices, thus time for play interaction with peers and games in general is significantly reducing. At the same time for older preschool children, playing is a significant activity and understanding the potential of games by teachers is the basis for development and successful socialization. Taking into account this fact we formulated the purpose of this work. It is to substantiate the corrective and developmental potential of a role-playing game. The article considers the need to use a role-playing game to socialize older preschool children with disabilities in a digital environment. The article analyses relevant theoretical and applied research. Also it describes the results of our own studies on the assessment of the formation level of plot-role game playing specific to older preschool children with disabilities. The paper also reveals the assessment results of the use of correctional-developing potential of plot-role games by teachers, while working with older preschool children with disabilities. The developed matrices specify the limitations and resources of the plot-role game for the socialization of children.



Results of the project aimed at the fine motor skills development in children with intellectual disabilities based on the author's method «Ladoshki-ff»
Abstract
The article presents the findings of a study that examined the efficacy of a project designed to enhance fine motor skills in individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome). The project is founded on the implementation of the author's methodology, designated 'Ladoshki-ff', and the principle of 'FingerFit'. Over a period of three months, the children participated in a programme designed to enhance their fine motor skills, both under supervision of specialists and at homes, in the company of their parents. The final testing demonstrated positive outcomes in relation to the fine motor skills components, including a reduction in motor errors and motor entropy, alongside an enhancement in perception and information processing speed.



A trusting relationship with a coach as a condition for long-term preferences in game sports in adolescence
Abstract
The article examines the issues of studying the trusting relationship of pupils of sports clubs with a coach as a condition for long-term preferences in game sports in adolescence. The results of the study indicate that a high level of trust in the coach is closely related to the choice of the section by adolescent pupils, and no gender differences were found in this choice. This confirms the importance of trusting relationships for the formation of long-term sports motivation. The formation of a trusting relationship between the coach and the students is an important condition for long-term involvement in sports and successful sports activities. Trust between a coach and an athlete acts not only as a psychological resource, but also as a key factor in long-term motivation for sports activities.

The role of social framing in shaping the image policy of a regional university
Abstract
The article considers the social role of social framing in the formation of image policy based on the model of a regional medical university. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to introduce new methods of effective communication with representatives of the youth in order to fulfil the tasks related to the formation of the image of an educational organization, the prestige of the future profession of specialists, as well as the high need for spiritual, moral and patriotic education of citizens, which determines the social significance of the topic under study. At the same time, according to Russia Public Opinion Center representatives of youth groups increasingly prefer the virtual environment to personal communication, using the extensive capabilities of the Internet information and telecommunications network and available mobile technology. The article presents the materials of a sociological study of the role of social framing in the formation of image policy, which was attended by students of a regional medical university.
