Increasing the level of legal literacy of parents as one of the main conditions for the formation of legal literacy of students

the article deals with the problem of the close relationship between the level of legal literacy of students and their parents. The main purpose of this article is to talk about the need to increase the level of legal literacy of parents for the successful implementation of the system of formation of legal literacy of students. The achievement of this goal is carried out by solving the following tasks: to diagnose the level of legal literacy of parents and analyze the results obtained, to tell about the main stages of work aimed at improving the level of legal literacy of parents, to present the results of the study. The main theses of the article are as follows: it is argued that the formation of legal literacy of students is possible only with a simultaneous increase in the level of legal literacy of parents; It is noted that the higher the level of education of parents, the higher their knowledge in the field of law. The results of a diagnostic study of the level of legal literacy of parents (initial and final diagnostic studies) are presented. It tells about the organization of work among parents aimed at improving the level of legal literacy: the order of organization of this work, the forms and methods of its implementation, the necessary conditions. The results of this work are analyzed, indicating positive dynamics and influence on the formation of legal literacy of students, which allows us to draw conclusions about the legality of the stated statements.
