Model of educational integration: intercultural interaction as a tool for developing global competencies

the article is devoted to the development of a new model of educational integration that takes into account the need to develop students' global competencies through intercultural interaction. Modern challenges, such as an increase in the number of foreign students, the globalization of the educational process and the need to develop tolerance, require a revision of approaches to the organization of educational activities. Based on the analysis of intercultural communications and educational practice, a conceptual model is proposed that includes institutional, pedagogical and social levels. The main attention is paid to the development of methods for overcoming language barriers, reducing the influence of cultural stereotypes and creating a comfortable environment for intercultural interaction. The implementation of this model contributes not only to improving academic performance, but also to the development of students' teamwork skills, critical thinking and adaptability. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained to modernize educational programs, which will make them more effective in a multicultural environment.
