Teaching Professional Communication in the Context of Digitalization (with Reference to the Area of Law)

Resumo
The article deals with teaching lawyers intercultural professional communication in the context of digitalization. The article clarifies the terminological apparatus. The concepts of “e-learning”, “distance learning”, “emergency distance learning” are analyzed. The experience of teaching and learning using relevant technological tools is described. The authors conclude that the accumulated pedagogical experience determines further directions for the modernization of higher education.
