The “Soft Power” of the United States in the Field of Education in Turkey
摘要
The article examines the US approach to educational policy in the Republic of Turkey in the framework of the implementation of educational programs for schoolchildren and students, as well as professional exchange programs. Particular attention is paid to the system of the administrative and executive apparatus of the NGO-basis policy, an attempt is made to determine the systematic functioning of organizations, the author determines the systematic functioning of organizations, analyzes the prospects of the current system within the framework of US “soft power” policy in Turkey.

Changes in the Relations of Sister Cities in Russia Post–2022
摘要
The article is devoted to the problems of international cooperation of sister cities. Emphasis is placed on the political and legal framework that regulates the development of sister cities. The article examines the challenges arisen due to the new political reality, analyzes the problems manifested in the severance of international relations and refusal to cooperate with Russian cities on the part of Western states after the events of February 2022. Specific examples of the breaking of sister-ties are given.

Assessment of the US and Their Western Allies’ Role in the Middle East (case of Syrian conflict)
摘要
The paper describes role of the United States and its Western allies in the Middle East (based on Syrian conflict case). The analysis shows that now this conflict has lost priority for the United States, however, they maintain a military-political presence in Syria in order to possibly influence the situation in the region. In particular, the conclusion is formulated that, in the ranks of the United States and its Western allies, there is no unified position regarding the region and that the help of the allies is rather symbolic.

Russian cities are stepping up their international activities in connection with the solution of important tasks. Such activities of cities and regions of the Russian Federation have legal regulation. Russian cities are creating networks that promote the country’s paradiplomacy and foreign policy activities. The development of such ties can increase the level of openness of our country to the world, strengthen the positions of civil society institutions, contributing to the democratization of the internal structure of the country and affecting its foreign policy.

The authors of this article examine the strengthening of political cooperation between the Caspian states and the EU through a comparative analysis, which is also driven by a desire to demonstrate their autonomy and sovereignty over the positions of Russia and Iran. This cooperation is evidenced by the numerous intergovernmental negotiations and consultations, as well as the implementation of joint projects.

“Russians are Our Natural Enemies”. German Russophobic Discourse of XIX – Early XX Centuries

The article provides an overview of the Russophobic socio-political discourse based on the study of the works of German theorists of the XIX - early XX centuries. It is possible to get an idea of the approach specifics of E. M. Arndt, J. F. Falmerayer, R. E. Martin, P. Rohrbach. Their elaborations later proved to be in demand by German theoreticians and politicians for the ideological support of anti-Russian course. Understanding the approaches and arguments of German Anti-Russian sentiment is important for countering and neutralizing it.

Comintern in Bashkiria (1941–1943)
摘要
The article deals with the activity of the Komintern’s leaderships in Bashkiria in the evacuation in the years of the Great Patriotic War Here the task was to mobilize the Communists of Europe to act in aid of the Soviet people. From a powerful radio station built in Ufa, propaganda was carried out to the countries occupied by Nazi Germany. Bashkiria also trained personnel for the further development of the communist movement abroad. Here in Ufa, the activities of the Komintern were officially terminated.

摘要
The sexual aspects of the daily life of the Orthodox clergy are one of the least studied pages of the history of Russia. Meanwhile, archival funds lift the veil over this complex and ambiguous topic. The article attempts to analyze the designated problem by the example of a characteristic episode. The key conclusion of the study should be considered the special character of the church as a social institution with its inherent isolation and specificity of reaction to non-trivial challenges that arose among the clergy.

The Expert’s Language as a Model of Conceptualization of the Object of Sociological Research

The article studies the features of the expert’s language and its influence on the results of the object description. The expert’s activity is characterized by the presence of a stage of knowledge transfer to the conditions of a particular case. The object description language is considered as a categorization and conceptualization tool. The novelty is the original and reasonable relationship between the choice of the object description language and all possible subsequent operations. Reasoned conclusions are made about the special role of experts in the development of society.

Layered Differentiation of Social Adaptation Environment for Young Employees

The article analyzes multi-layered differentiation of social adaptation environment exemplified by young employees. Statistical data gathered by government, international and private organizations is looked into. It is possible to interpret the intersection of adjusting agents and their influence type considering adaptation processes’ interconnectedness. Young people’s adaptation is characterized by large-scale, depersonification in the macroenvironment, instrumentality and parallelness at the mesolevel, addressness in the microenvironment.
