Resumo
The article examines the US approach to educational policy in the Republic of Turkey in the framework of the implementation of educational programs for schoolchildren and students, as well as professional exchange programs. Particular attention is paid to the system of the administrative and executive apparatus of the NGO-basis policy, an attempt is made to determine the systematic functioning of organizations, the author determines the systematic functioning of organizations, analyzes the prospects of the current system within the framework of US “soft power” policy in Turkey.
