The section "Scientific Events and Achievements" is informative in nature, telling readers about significant events in the scientific life of students during a certain period.

The journal's target audience is primarily young scholars studying law and economics. However, given the relevance of the topics covered and the fresh perspectives they offer, the published materials will also be of interest to practicing lawyers.

Peer Review Process

Peer review as an expert assessment of the article is carried out by recognized experts in the subject of the reviewed material (the faculty of the Russian State University of Justice named after V.M. Lebedev), who have published on the subject of the reviewed article over the past three years. In their professional evaluation of articles submitted for publication, reviewers are guided by the principles of scientific integrity, objectivity, and impartiality. A second review may be conducted if critical comments are identified that require revision of the manuscript.
