Models of social space of Russia as the condition of the Russian identity constitution
Abstract
The article explicates the ontologic basis of the Russian identity constitution. As such basis the author offers topological models of social space of Russia. Each of models considered in the article can be presented as a spatial form of sense building which is a condition of the Russian identity constitution. The author allocates the concentric and boundary model and also model of chaos to which correspond monodiscourse-, polydiscourse- and nought-identity.

Abstract
Category of time applies to the most significant notions not only philosophy and physics but a whole number of other natural, social, humanist sciences, as reflects the most important, the most essential connection and relations between a reality and a cognition. Furthermore, as a phenomenon, time is fundamental for every manifestation of a man being. It penetrates a language, a world-view; determines way of a life-activity organization; imposes a system of values; specifies a meaning of a man life. The post-modernist situation, the different interpretation of scientific rationality, the beginnings of the global or multicultural world indicate a necessity of time re-opening (I. Prigozhin) and its new sense, make a range of the time-researching problems as a cultural phenomenon again a problem of today.

Problems of understanding of the information-psychological activity
Abstract
The article dwells on the significant role which information technologies play in the modern Russian society. One of the most important kinds of information technologies is information-psychological activity, which includes advertising as well. However, research in the sphere of information-psychological research is prevented by the negative understanding of the term «propaganda», which, in this case, is identical to the understanding of the term «information-psychological activity», and by poorly developed methodology of the abovementioned research. Hence, the article enumerates the principal methods of conducting research of information-psychological activity. The after word gives practical conclusions about improving the research level of information-psychological activity.

A transitive society:new meanings of transitivity
Abstract
The article contains ideas of «transitive society». The author relying upon empiric research «transitive societies» analyzes transit as one of the types of modernization. However the concept of the term transitive society describing the state of dynamic transit to society with constant structure has some additional senses: «projection» of transformation, conscious design of the state of future society in historical processes (political science research) and including transit in the conscious sphere of an individual person. The living area of an individual man and means of communication in transitive society became the main valuable normative consensus as premise of a new society with a stable structure.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the reality construction by means of mass media. The reality construction means both the process of information transmission and the meanings creation. The analysis of mass media as communication does not allow finding out the specificity of the reality effects because of communication acts deontology. On the contrary mass media as the meanings creation is often connected with the problems of the reality. It allows forming the idea of mass media reality effects and distinguishing them from the reality as itself. The article offers the consideration of the forming and working of the cumulative effect.

A categorystructure of artificiallanguages
Abstract
Сonstructed formalized languages are to have a morphism from a logical form of these
languages and grammatical form of them. Moreover, formalized languages are very utile
for investigating relations between a grammar and ontology. The author of paper pursues
a pur-pose to investigate scrupulously a relations on the one hand between a structure of
formalized languages and logical forms (a thoughts forms) that are expressi-ble by these
languages; on the other, - between the last both and an underlain ontology. In accordance
with these relations three questions are analyzed in the paper: 1) what kinds of objects a
language forces us to see?; 2) what kinds of objects a language forces us to accept?; and 3) what
ontological assumptions a language forces us to make? In order to answer the first question
it is needed to turn to categorical structure of formalized languages.

Abstract
Formation and development of the civil law, regulating legal status of the railway right of way lands, is comprehensively studied in this article. A special attention is drawn to the fact, that the notion railway right of way appeared only in the Soviet period and meant in fact a narrow plot of land given to the railway as a legal person on the right of enjoyment. Analyzing the development of the rules in this sphere makes possible a conclusion that a serious change in the legal status of railway right of way is connected with the acceptance of The Land Code of the RSFSR in 1991, in which the provision for the lease of this lands by the third parties was made.

In author's opinion, the local government is a part of society as а system of social institutions. Since Russia and the West represent two different civilizations (types of society), then local government fulfils in them different functions depending on the available volume of material and social resources. So far as in Russia this volume is smaller than one in the West, the adequate realization of municipal reform (and, consequently, of democracy) according to the Western pattern is impossible.

Norms of thetax right and their feature
Abstract
The primary element of any normative legal system is a rule of law. It has the indications typical for this legal institution and the branch of law on the whole.
In general a rule of law is a rule that regulates public relations and the primary element of law. A rule of tax laws is the state will which is directed to set up the order ensuring the function of the system of taxation.
A rule of taxation law consists of separate structural elements which make up a system called the structural of a rule. A specific character of the taxation law is shown not in the structure of a rule but in the method of interpretation of a legal rule of not taxation.
According to this the method of interpretation of the legal rule means the arrangement of this legal rule in the texts of normative legal deeds.

In the article the author scrutinizes the historical development of the ideas
about the private prosecution in the Soviet times, dwelling on the fact that the main feature of the Soviet procedural criminal law was the expansion of public and the reduction of private elements.
The author comes to the conclusion that in the Soviet times the private prosecution was understood by the legislator and scholars not as independent activity of a complainant but as a special procedure of legal investigation of certain crimes.

Abstract
In August, 1921 the People's Republic of Tuva (PRT) was formed at the Tuvan Constituent Assembly (the Hural). There were firstly considered such basic decisions as questions on self-determination of Tuva, about the Constitution and also about strengthening friendly mutual relations with people of Soviet Union and Mongolia.
The Supreme legislature according to the Constitution should belong to the National Congress (the Hural) of representatives from all regions of Tuva (Khozhun) and take place not less than once a year. The Supreme executive authority should belong to the General Central Council consisting also from representatives of all regions (Khozhun) (one from each khozhun). The government should be guided by instructions of the National Congress (the Hural) which subsequently (since February 1922г.) started to be called Great (Ulug) Hural.
Large number of the constitutional acts accepted at various periods in the People's Republic of Tuva (the constitution 1921.1924, 1926, 1930 and 1941) makes one of the bright historically caused features of the Tuva statehood.

Abstract
Political socialization of youth, which is an important part of the socialization process, has popped up today in a number of pressing problems, as today the social studies of Russia's young people are experiencing a serious crisis.
In a study of political socialization of youth theory of generations is a very promising. It was popular in the western management and used, in particular, to make recommendations on personnel management, taking into account the values that are important for employees of different generations.
Using the applied aspects of the theory of generations in the study of political socialization can be considered the most adequate to interpret the processes of political socialization, structuring the system of values for each generation. And, of course, it can identify the most effective forms, methods and channels of political socialization of the young generation.
The results obtained in the framework of the theory of generations, which is an effective tool for the study of political socialization, may underlie the development of effective forms and methods of political socialization.

Concepts "Native land" and "State" differ in consciousness of Russian citizens, especially young generation, they have different meanings. The concept "Native land" has a positive direction, and the concept "State" is getting negative meaning. If the citizen loves the Native land, then the state, which has not made to him anything good, is not deserving of love. According to it one of the main problems is the insufficient level of patriotic breeding and the culture of international relations.
It`s marked civil patriotism and ethnic patriotism or national out in theory and practice.
The formation of a civil nation means the formation of a tolerant personality who does not divide Russian citizens into «our people» and "other's". The attitude to cultural distinguishable migrants is one of patriotism indicators.
