Abstract
Computer stabilometry was made at 110 sick by a lumbar osteochondrosis with vertebragenous painful syndrome and compression radicular syndrome before treatment, during spent therapy and upon termination of the course of treatment for make objective a painful syndrome and neurologic infringements аrising owing to decrease in stability of balance of a body in the basic rack and displacement of the centre of pressure because of pressure of the monitoring system of impellent balance. Criteria of efficiency of spent therapy were changes chosen stabilometrical indicators which objectively and authentically reflected dynamics of a current of disease.

The pharmaeconomic assessmentof the therapy interventionin atopic dermatitisin adults
Abstract
The methods of treatment of patients with atopic dermatite were examined in three subgroups: atopic dermatite with skin disease; atopic dermatite with skin disease, comorbide allegros - rinosinosopatite, atopic dermatite with Comorbid pathology of gepatobillary system. The methods of treatment were estimated from farmocoeconomic position: problems of low, medium and high price were associated with the real level of patient's income. There were established a criteria of effectiveness of different-price programs, instruction of convertion from low to medium -price program.

The efficiencyof antihomotoxicpharmacotherapy in keloidcicatrix traumeloma
Abstract
There was made f prospective, comparative, controllable research of use of anti-homotoxic remedies for their treatment. 51 patients were examined, 26 patients from screening group (generally accepted treatment) and 25 patients from researched group, whom additionally to generally accepted treatment (Kenalog 40 into cicatrice 2-3 injections, once a month) was prescribed Traumeel S in injections.
The peculiarity of this research is the calculation of effect's score from interference.
The clinical case of cicatrix eminence above healthy skin and it's density, erythemas, subjective feelings (pain, hyperesthesia, itch), dissatisfaction of patients were recognized as ill effects. Besides, there was made a quantitative assessment of effect, which has an influence on hypertrophy's dynamics and erythemas after 6 and 12 month of keloid cicatrixes treatment, from additional prescription of Traumeel S.

Rosuvastinin the correction of atherogenicpostprandial hyperlipemiaand endothelial dysfunction
Abstract
Effect of an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor rosuvastatin on atherogenic changes in the lipide transport system and on endothelium - dependent vasodilatation during postprandial period after ingestion of fatty meal was studied in patients with ischemic heart disease and fasting hyperlipemia. Treatment with rosuvastatin (10 mg/day for 3 months) resulted in normalization of fasting hyperlipemia and their diminished secretion in response to fat load. Rosuvastatin increased tolerance of the lipid-transport system to exogenous saturated fats and also increased index of endothelium function, defined by photoplethysmography.

Remodelingpeculiaritiesof cardiovascularsystem and hemostasisindices in the geriatricparents with ischemicheart disease
Abstract
118 men of senile age are included in research. Patients are divided into three groups. The first group was made by patients without clinical displays from outside cardiovascular system. Persons are included in the second group with an ischemic heart disease, stabile stenocardia of pressure II functional classes, chronic warm insufficiency of 1 functional class on NYНА. In the third group patients with an ischemic heart disease, a stabile stenocardia of pressure II functional classes, an arterial hypertension of 1-3 degrees, chronic warm insufficiency of 1 functional class on NYНА. Features remodeling cardiovascular system, indicators of a hemostasis at geriatric patients with an ischemic heart disease, combination with an arterial hypertension are studied. It is shown that at patients against increase of an index of weight of a myocardium left ventricle, infringement progressing diastolic functions left ventricle, with pathological haemodynamic types of microcirculation raises thrombogenic blood potential that creates risk of development atherothrombosis and cardiovascular complications.

Abstract
The purpose of the work is the studying of the state of cellular link of immunity at hepatitis B - patients with virus-relapse, that depends on the sex, the age, the period of infection and a virus load.
Following a done work it was settled, that the disbalance with respect to the isolate of cellular link is typical for the majority of the hepatitis B - patients with virus-relapse of the chronic HBV-infection. Exposed changes of immune status must be taken into account at the pathogenetic therapy. It must involve immunotrone correction at the chronic hepatitis B-patients with virus-relapse.

The peculiaritiesof the oxidation stress formationin erythrocytes in the patientswith chronic obstructionpulmonary disease
Abstract
In 70 patients with COPD examined the change in the oxidant-antioxidant status of red blood cells, which form in these oxidative stress. In erythrocytes studied the content of malonic aldehyde, the activity of antioxidants: superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, reduced glutathione, glutathione reductase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. Found that the intensity of oxidative stress in erythrocytes is directly dependent on the severity of the disease. In the group of patients with COPD and secondary erythrocytosis in contrast to patients without him against the backdrop of moderate oxidative stress observed maximum activity of antioxidant enzymes. Patients with stage III COPD is a significant accumulation in the membranes of red blood cells of secondary products of oxidative stress was associated with a sharp drop in activity of antioxidant systems. The data obtained allow to recommend the inclusion in the treatment of patients with COPD effective antioxidant agents.

explained by us as the improvement of the relaxation and the condition of the left ventricle
filling during early and late diastole. The obtained data let us substantiate the using of
Telmisartan during the treatment of the patients with ischemic heart disease and the diastole
dysfunction where systolic function of the left ventricle is present and it is connected with
the protection of the target-organs, the heart particularly, from the developed pathological
changes.

The peculiaritiesof arterial pressure, systole frequency,height, weight indicesin the underpubertal agedboys in Chapaevsk
Abstract
In order to obtain data on blood pressure (BP), heart rate, height, weight and body mass index (BMI) distribution in prepubertal children of small city, we prospectively recruited the cohort of 516 boys, 8 and 9 years old. Percentiles for abovementioned factors were calculated. BP rises with age, and both systolic and diastolic BP showed a positive correlation with heart rate, height, weight and BMI. Heart rate decreases with age and height and rises with BMI. Additionally percentiles of BP in depends on different percentiles of height were calculated. 90th and 95th centiles of BP slightly differs from US, Russian and other international standards. Genetic, ethnic, life-style and environmental factors were suggested to be responsible for this variation. Prospective study of cohort of 516 Chapaevsk boys is ongoing.

Some peculiaritiesof the course and pregnancytermination in women with differentforms of arterial pressure
Abstract
Cohort study with mixed cohort (retrospective and prospective). The aim of this research was to study the peculiarities of pregnancy course and pregnancy results in women with different forms of hypertension. Women with hypertension more often had overweight and compromised heredity upon hypertension. Obstetric-gynecologic history in the women with hypertension was characterized by more frequency of preterm delivery and gestosis during the previous pregnancy terminations. The course of present pregnancy was characterized by more frequency of early gestosis and chronic placental insufficiency in the women with different forms of hypertension (especially with gestosis and combined gestosis) and pregnancy was often finished premature delivery in comparison with women without hypertension.

The reasonof the operative methodof the treatment duringsome complications of cholethic disease
Abstract
Surgical treatment analysis was performed for patients with cholelithiasis complications after mini-invasive operations using mini laparotomy. All the patients were operated on by the author. The age group of the patients - 18 to 89 (with the average 67.3 ± 4.5 years), the average operation duration - 53.5 ± 4.4 min. Double-phase method was applied with 118 (25.6%) patients - endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic papillosphincterotomy followed by the mini-invasive operation; one-phase method was used with 338(74.4%) patients when the laparoscopic cholecystectomy was applied from mini-approach in original clinic modification with surgical intervention on hepaticocholedoch. The interoperative complications were found in 8(1,8%) patients, postoperative complications - in 17(3,7%) patients. Approach conversion was done in 18 (3,9%) patients. Lethality in the analysed group equals to 0% .

The use of radio frequentablation aimed on parenchymatoushemostasis during the resectionof the liver in the patientswith colorecalous metastases
Abstract
The results of surgical treatment in two groups of patients with colorectal livers' metastases (mts): under anatomic resection with parenchymatous hemostasis with the application of radio frequency ablation (RFA) - primary group (n=33) and standard method of the intraoperative hemostasis (control group, n=30) were considered in this article. Using of RFA let us statistically significant to reduce volume of intraoperative bloodloss up to 210,91±113,31 ml, to decrease the length of stay after surgery until 16,88±4,37 days, to diminish the number of postoperative complications about 9,09% and per cent of new-revealed mts at resection zone (3,03%).

The operative treatmentof the patients with perforatinggastric and duodenalulcers
Abstract
A retrospective analysis of 605 case histories of patients with perforated gastroduodenal ulcers was made. All the patients were operated urgently. 72.6% of the operations were made to take in the perforation. The rest 27.4% - operations that eliminated both perforation, and influencing the pathogenesis of the ulcer. There were no lethal cases, even within the patient, who had purulent peritonitis during radical operations. But while taking in of the ulcer, the percent of the lethality was 22.5%. Still whose groups were similar by means of sex, age and time from the moment of perforation. The conclusion was made, that the operation of taking in of the perforation was used unreasonably often. In most part of cases of perforation the expansion of volume of the operation is possible.

The simultaneousinterventions in the patientswith middle localizedventral hernia
Abstract
The experience of treatment of 365 patients with median abdominal hernia was generalized. We have performed them 362 simultaneous operations. There new classification of simultaneous operations was proposed. We have revealed the peculiarities of operative technique. Also, we have established, for performing simultaneous operations there strict compliance of operative technique is needed. And it must be directed for support of operative access at patients with hernia. At final phase of operation closing of abdominal defect must be done on whole length of access. The modifications of combined method conform to those objectives in maximal degree. There were 4 lethal outcomes for reason of thromboembolism. In distant terms relapse of hernia happens at 4 patients, and at two of them implant «Vypro» was used.

The efficiencyof non-medicamental methodsof prophylaxis of the developmentof post-hysterectomy syndrome
Abstract
For several years we can observe the progressive growth of a number of gynecological diseases, requiring surgical treatment - hysterectomy with or without removal of one or both epoophora as well as the younger age of women undergoing surgical procedures. At present to correct the hormonal disorders the following methods can be suggested: hormone replacement therapy, phytotherapy, homeopathic treatment, physiotherapy. We carried out investigations to determine the risk factors for posthysterectomy syndrome development in women after the operation. These investigationss enabled us to work out and introduce into practice a complex of preventive measures with the application of gravitation therapy and magnet-infrared-laser therapy.

The articles studies the dynamics of state anxiety (SA) and trait anxiety (TA) rates of overweight and standard weight women before and after an artificial abortion. Both groups of women initially have high SA and TA rates. In the after-abortion period overweight women have higher SA rate than those of standard weight group. Sedative and psychoprophylactic therapy is recommended as a preventive measure against progressing obesity during pre- and post-abortion periods.

The peculiaritiesof gastric and duodenal diseasesin children with non-differentiateddysplasia of connected tissue
Abstract
Inflammatory diseases of upper alimentary tract associated with connective tissue dysplasia are severe chronic steadily progressive diseases characterized by complicated etiology and pathogenesis. The paper presents the results of the study of 119 children in the age 6 - 14 years old suffering from chronic gastritis and chronic gastroduodenitis combined with connective tissue disorders. Examined patients demonstrated early beginning of disease, high frequency of exacerbation, widespread character of inflammatory process and propensity to destructive changes of mucous coat of upper alimentary tract. Degree of these disorders varied in dependence on degree of connective tissue dysplasia severity.

The removal of the auricle deformityin the patients with congenital microtia(III stage).Case report
Abstract
Elimination of defects and deformations of auricles concerns one of the most difficult sections of maxillofacial surgery as difficulties for creation of the optimum form represents not only a relief, but also a small thickness, and the raised elasticity of a cartilage of an auricle. For representation of the actual importance of the given subjects has been chosen, from our point of view, the most interesting clinical case. The method of formation of an auricle with use temporoparietal fascial flap and silicone implant as a framework was way of elimination of defect and auricle deformation. The complex of standard preoperative inspections in a combination to additional methods of research of the patient has allowed to avoid postoperative complications and to achieve good aesthetic result.

Abstract
The present work aims to evaluate the metabolism of collagen in the solid bone tissue under alloxanic diabetes and in the case when diabetes is combined with the injection of a steroidogenesis blocker. The following parametres were assessed: total collagen, its soluble fractions, free hydroxyproline, collagenolytic activity. In the process of comapring the obtained data, the following differences were singled out: under 'isolated' alloxanic diabetes, an earlier activation of collagen catabolism and a more prolonged inhibition of synthetic processes were evident than in the case of diabetes combined with the injection of aminoglutethimide.

Abstract
Under supervision was 597 person, the infected HIV. Researches were spent on the basis AIDS-diagnostic, immunologic laboratories of Clinical hospital № 5 city Tolyatti. Condition of a HIV-infected patients was estimated prior to the beginning treatment. The age of patients changed from 28,87±0,61 up to 30,89±0,70 years. Obtained data illustrate before unknown tendencies of the immune answer, associated with a group accessory of blood which can be used as base data for an estimation effect of the combined therapy, developments tactics of treatment.

Abstract
In article results of research of antioxidation activity of chloralhydrati- о-(?-N,N- diethylaminoaetoxi)- ?-phenilpropiophenoni (etafonum) by comparison to novocainum, dicainum, trimecainum and pyromecainum with a method of registration chemiluminescence in the presence of bivalent iron are presented. It is established that ability of etafonum to oppress in blood?s apo - B lipoproteids lipid peroxidation is surpasses trimecainum in 16 times and concedes dicainum in 8 times.

We are the fist to carry out research of the morphologic pattern of follicular fluid of women suffering from infertility and undergoing an extracorporal fecundation treatment. There were classified 5 types of facias, of which the third and fourth type may be considered as normal types detection of which is a positive sign in the prognostics. The images of the follicular fluid facias were processed on a computer.
