Abstract
In the article social status of patients with gastroesophagial refluxe disease, enamel erosions is presented. Quality of live is determined and limited by physical and psychology factors. Social status of patients is a base for dentists' interference in the course of the disease in the acute period, its remission and etc.
The goal of stomatological treatment during the program realization of reasonable prices treatment for the poverty and the expensive treatment for the rich people is quality of life parameters dynamic by means of somatic and psychological content increasing.
