Abstract
In the article the conception and the procedure of parental rights' depriving according to the Baltic countries legislation are analyzed. The current Baltic legislation uses other juridical ideas, which there are in the Russia's- as well as in the Commonwealth independent countries' marriage and family code. However as a whole all the countries have worked out an uniform judicial opinion in case of parental rights' depriving.
