The content and the type of professional activity in the system of health factors of employees

The article describes the main aspects of professional activities of employees of Russian companies, negatively affecting their health. It also views the health features of this social group and the role of professional membership employee status in the process of health. Inadequate labor features such as psychological overload, hazardous working conditions and longer working hours are considered as an integral part of the lifestyle of industrial enterprise employees. These conditions affect a daily well-being, impair average level of health and cause dangerous diseases while the dynamics of working conditions and employee health retains negative.
