Features of legal regulation protection of competition in Germany

Abstract

The article highlights the key tendencies of legal adjustment of protection of competition in Germany since the late 19-th century till modern period. The analysis of essential legal acts in this sphere is being presented. The author analyses the general peculiarities of development of German legislation on protection of competition in the aspect of integration process. The problem of correlation of national legislation of Germany as an EU-member and legislation of the EU itself is being raised. The possibility to apply German experience of legal regulation of protection of competition in order to improve Russian antitrust legislation is being emphasized.
