Conceptual problems of social welfare state (philosophic and legal aspect)

The paper analyzes the conceptual foundations of the social welfare state and provides a historical review of social institution development, a modification of which is the state. The author attempted to apply some models of dialectical logic which makes understandable the concept of the welfare state, and the complexity of its construction.
