Phenomenology of right

The question of the essence of any object or process is a crucial point within any system of scientific knowledge. However, not every system of scientific knowledge has an advanced methodology apparatus for solving such questions. That is why there is a certain need of a method that could bring back the old meaning to the question of essence, but on new phenomenological grounds. In our opinion, the method introduced by E. Husserl should be the basis of every research, concerning the questions of the essence of the law or the essence of legal phenomena. As the phenomenology opens up a horizon of semantic intentions in a discourse of transcendental experience, that ego is going through in different modi of the temporality of the existence and the temporality of the conscience.
