Abstract
This article considers different forms and kinds of the social reflection, as well as their relation to the category of justice. The author analyzes the relation between the law and the moral in the context of the social reflection, and describes different kinds of reflection involved in the process of legal regulation. Attention is paid to the role of the collective subject of the cognitive activity in the social reflection and the content of the evaluation act in the social reflection.
