Abstract
The examiantion of the patients taking therapy against connective tissue diseases revealed the occurrence of secondary amenorrhea, It was diagnosed that in 67% of patients the vaginal dysbiosis was caused by anaerobes. These patients are at a high risk for ascending infections of the urogenital tract and need a scrupulous sanitation.
