Современные подходы к диагностике гестационного сахарного диабета

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены сведения относительно современных подходов к диагностике гестационного сахарного диабета. Рассмотрено применение различных маркеров и методов скрининга и их роль в исходах беременности для матери и плода в зависимости от срока постановки диагноза. Полученные данные демонстрируют, что гестационный сахарный диабет, выявленный на ранних сроках беременности, представляет особую группу высокого риска неблагоприятных исходов и требует целенаправленных подходов в терапии.
