Abstract
The article introduces the concept of «Russian Language Evaluation Vocabulary Dictionary». This is a new lexicographical project, reflecting the achievements of modern linguistic aksiology. View-typological characteristics this dictionary, its structure, ways of presenting the words with the estimated component values are defined.
