The information-educational environment in organization of the system of improvement of professional skill of the pedagogical staff

The concepts of the information educational environment is defined in the article. A basic component of information of educational process is creation of the information educational environment which will allow to overcome the gap between the turned out innovative techniques of training and impossibility of their mass distribution by virtue of absence of such environment in the system of professional skill improvement. The experience of realization of the concept of professional skill improvement and retraining of teachers in the sphere of informatization of education is shown on the example of the regional center distance education of Kalmyk republican institute of professional skill improvement of the teaching staff.
