Abstract

The process stages of the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational program were described. Central component of the educational program is a system of aims, which characterizes the model of a graduate, is the result of activities of the educational system. In the modern context - competence model of the graduate. The key moments of analysis of the needs of the specialty was provided.
