Abstract

In contemporary world human capital is much more important than natural resources or accumulated wealth. The person’s ability, knowledge, abilities, skills in the conditions of market economy are considered as an asset generating regular income. This article examines the critical role of education in the accumulation of a certain level of knowledge in the formation of human capital. To reduce risks in increasing the human capital of the high school, developed a technique of students training aimed at the development and implementation of a systematic approach to the logical basis study of the higher professional education course.
