REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORIGINALS OF THE SUBMITTED WORKS
The structure of the scientific article
- Abstract.
- Keywords or phrases (separated from each other by semicolons).
- Introduction (assessment of the state of the issue, based on a review of the literature with the motivation of relevance; the revealed contradiction, which allows to formulate a problematic situation).
- The purpose of the work aimed at overcoming the problematic situation (1-2 sentences).
- Solved tasks aimed at achieving the goal.
- Mathematical, analytical or other modeling.
- Experimental technique and methods of processing or presentation of other obtained results.
- Interpretation of the results or their analysis.
- Conclusions reflecting the novelty of the results obtained, showing that the goal set in the work has been achieved.
The names of the structural elements of the article are typed in bold, after which the text continues in the same line.
Requirements for the design of the article
The article must be submitted in electronic format PDF and Word (Word document), A4 sheet. Times New Roman font, font size 12 pt, single line spacing. The margins are mirrored, 2 cm, the paragraph indentation of the first line is 0.75 cm.

The title of the article is executed in Times Nev Roman font; 14 pt; center alignment; with a long article title, transfer to the next line: Shift+Enter)
The names of the co-authors are written in Times Nev Roman font, italics, bold; 12 pt; center alignment. The place of work of the co-authors and the address are executed in a straight light font of 10 pt. The number after the surname of the author (co-author) indicates the place of work of each co-author. The envelope icon (see Wingdings font, code 42) indicates the author responsible for correspondence with the journal, only his e-mail address is placed at the end of the list of co-authors.
The abstract of the article is the main source of information in domestic and foreign information systems and databases indexing the journal. The abstract should state the essential facts of the work, and should not exaggerate or contain material that is missing from the main part of the publication. The structure of the abstract should repeat the structure of the article and include an introduction, goals and objectives, methods, results, conclusion (conclusions).
The volume of the abstract text should be about 250-300 words. The results of the work are described in the abstract in an extremely accurate and informative way. The main theoretical and experimental results, actual data, discovered relationships and patterns are presented. At the same time, preference is given to new results and data of long-term significance, important discoveries, conclusions that refute existing theories, as well as data that, in the author's opinion, are of practical importance. Conclusions can be accompanied by recommendations, assessments, suggestions, hypotheses described in the article. The information contained in the title of the article should not be repeated in the text of the author's summary. Unnecessary introductory phrases should be avoided (for example, "the author of the article is considering ..."). Historical references, if they do not constitute the main content of the document, a description of previously published works and well-known provisions are not provided in the author's summary. In the text of the abstract, syntactic constructions peculiar to the language of scientific and technical documents should be used, and complex grammatical constructions should be avoided. Significant words from the text of the article should be used in the text of the abstract. The text of the abstract should be concise and clear, free from secondary information, unnecessary introductory words, general and insignificant formulations. The text should be coherent, the stated provisions should logically follow one another. Abbreviations and symbols, except for commonly used ones, are used in exceptional cases or give their interpretation and definitions when first used in the author's summary. The abstract does not make references to the numbers of sources in the list of references to the article. You should express your opinion clearly, bearing in mind that you are writing for an international audience. The text should be coherent using the words "consequently", "moreover", "for example", "as a result", etc. ("consequently", "moreover", "for example", "the benefits of this study", "as a result" etc.), or disparate expounded the provisions should logically follow from one another. It is necessary to use an active, not a passive voice, i.e. "The study tested", but not "It was tested in this study" (a common mistake in Russian annotations).
Keywords or phrases (separated from each other by semicolons) should not duplicate those from the title of the publication.
Illustrations of Diagrams, graphs, diagrams, etc. are accepted only in vector formats (Word, Excel, Visio, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, etc.). Graphic material must be clear and do not require redrawing. Graphs can be highlighted with lines of different styles, marked with numbers, or in different colors. Photos and screenshots must be made in raster formats (tiff, bmp, png, etc.) of sufficient expansion (300 dpi) and clarity.
The captions are located under the drawing, in the center, Times New Roman font, size – 10 pt. The word "drawing" is written abbreviated as "Fig.", followed by a numbering and thematic heading. There is no dot at the end.

The name of the table (font size 10 pt, headings in bold, left alignment) is located above it. The signature in English "Table " is also duplicated here, the font inside the Times New Roman table, 10 pt. Tables and figures should be inserted into the text after paragraphs containing a link to them. The notes to the text and tables, in which reference and explanatory data are indicated, are numbered sequentially within one page. If there are several notes on one page, then put a colon after the word "Notes". The headings of the graph of the table should begin with uppercase letters, subheadings – with lowercase letters if they make up the same sentence with the title, and with uppercase letters if they are independent. It is not allowed to divide the heads of the table diagonally. The column "item no." should not be included in the table.
List of sources In the list of sources in scientific articles, sources "on the rights of the manuscript" (dissertations and abstracts) and sources that are not scientific publications are considered incorrect: textbooks and textbooks, regulatory documents, government and industry orders, regulations, standards, etc. A link to them is possible as a footnote on the page where this source is mentioned. This most often applies to patents. The list of sources is drawn up according to the order of references in the text (where they are indicated in square brackets) in accordance with GOST 7.05.-2008 in two versions: in Russian and in the original language in Latin letters (References).
If the Russian-language article has been translated into English and published in the English version, then you must provide a link from the translated source. Bibliographic descriptions of Russian publications are compiled in the following sequence: authors (transliteration), translation of the title of the article (monograph) in transliterated version, translation of the title of the article (monograph) into English in square brackets, the name of the source (transliteration and translation into English in square brackets).

All the main output publishing information in the descriptions of the journal: the designation of the volume, page numbers; in the descriptions of the book: the place of publication – the city, the designation of the publishing house (except for the publisher's own untranslated name, it is transliterated) must be presented in English. If the list contains links to foreign publications in the original language, they are completely repeated in the list being prepared in the Roman alphabet. When describing legislative, regulatory documents, patents, a translated (without transliteration) description is allowed with an indication in parentheses (in Russian). When describing publications without authors (collections, collective monographs), it is allowed to write one, maximum two editors of the publication instead of the authors.
Requirements for the preparation of accompanying documents
The following documents are attached to the article: an application addressed to the editor-in-chief indicating the series and section of the journal; an expert opinion on the possibility of publication; a review by the scientific supervisor (if the author is a postgraduate student or applicant). In the event of a positive decision by the editorial board of the journal to accept the article for publication, it is necessary to draw up a license agreement on the transfer of copyright to use the materials of the article. The original agreement is sent to the editorial address in two copies. The signing of the agreement by the author means that the author has read and agrees to the terms of the agreement. The signature must be certified by the HR department at the place of work of the author (co-authors). If there are several authors, the license agreement is drawn up for one of them, and the co-authors give written consent to conclude a publishing license agreement.
