Актуальные акценты рациона питания лиц пожилого возраста: описательный обзор литературы

Аннотация
Оптимизацию рациона питания рассматривают как эффективный метод профилактики хронических неинфекционных заболеваний, как необходимую составляющую реабилитации и, в целом, как превентивное направление здорового старения. В статье обсуждаются разные акценты рациона питания (РП) лиц пожилого возраста. Рассмотрены основные причины неполноценности РП лиц старшего возраста. Показаны возрастные физиологические особенности изменения потребности в энергии и питательных веществах. Представлены данные об особенностях и критериях построения РП с учётом обеспечения диетологического разнообразия, а также сформированы рекомендации по выбору пищевых продуктов. Изложены основные принципы коррекции РП при наличии алиментарно- зависимого фактора риска у лиц пожилого возраста. Выполнен анализ MIND-диеты и сформированы рекомендации по оптимизации РП для профилактики когнитивных нарушений.
