Registration and login are required for submitting items online, and for checking the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

All interaction with authors and reviewers is carried out via email info@psta.psiras.ru.

By submitting an article, the author confirms in a letter his agreement with the publication procedure and requirements for articles set out on the website and the willingness of the authors to submit by regular mail an author's certificate according to the attached sample (docx, pdf) after the article is accepted for publication.

Before sending a letter, you should make sure that:

  1. The article is either formatted in LaTeX using the template https://psta.psiras.ru/publ-conditions/psta.zip, or formatted strictly in accordance with GOST R 7.0.7–2021 in odt or docx format with a PDF and source file attached.
  2. If LaTeX is not used, then a version for reviewers is also attached, which is distinguished by the absence of explicit information about the authors, their places of work and sources of funding, as well as acknowledgments.
  3. The article indicates the journal category to which the article corresponds.
  4. The article clearly presents in both Russian and English a new result that is significant for a specialist in software systems (a new look at the industry and the place of this new result/vision against the background of the latest achievements of world science.
  5. The language of presentation is impeccably literate, does not contain ambiguous phrases, unnecessary words and phrases or unjustified duplication of information and consistently and convincingly leads to a complete understanding of the main result of the article, its significance and scientific novelty.
  6. Understanding is facilitated by a well-thought-out plan, mathematical formulas, drawings, diagrams, graphs and hyperlinks.
  7. All illustrations and photographs are of high quality, which does not suffer at sevenfold magnification; diagrams and graphs are made in vector format, and the font of the inscriptions on the diagrams is consistent with the main text of the article and can be copied with the mouse.
  8. Borrowed wording and illustrations are accompanied by correctly formatted links to the original publications; the rights of other authors are not violated.
  9. The article does not contain information the publication of which requires permission and does not use links to resources that are inaccessible without paid authorization.
  10. The list of used sources is drawn up according to the requirements and for each author there is a photograph and 4-7 lines of information about scientific achievements and interests in free form, his email and orcid (personal identifier of the author from orcid.org).

The bibliography should be formatted according to any of the commonly used bibliography standards, with each reference required to accurately indicate the DOI (if exists), all authors list, and other usual publication attributes.

Links to Internet sources can be included in the list of used sources if there is a title (<title>) and either a DOI or a hyperlink with additional identifying information of various types: title, authors, publishing house, edition (version) and date of publication of the document and submitting document of a section or scientific conference, and for sources in pdf/djvu - the number of pages. Hyperlinks that do not have sufficient identification are not included in the list of sources used. Russian-language sources in the main list are accompanied by accurate translations of the titles of articles and books into English, either in the main list or in an additional English-language list.

Privacy Statement

The editorial board and the administration of the journal's website do not transfer to anybody personal information, in any possible way provided by respondents, to third parties without  clearly formulated unambiguous permission of the respondent for a specific situation.

The place of work and email address of the authors of a manuscript accepted for publication, their identifiers in scientometric databases, photographs and information about achievements and scientific interests are openly published on the corresponding pages of the article and the author's index of the electronic journal.

All correspondence between the journal’s editors and authors and reviewers is carried out exclusively by e-mail at info@psta.psiras.ru and is confidentially stored in the archive.
