Abstract

На сегодняшний день наиболее эффективным методом лечения при морбидном ожирении (индекс массы тела более 40 кг/м2) является бариатрическая хирургия Нарушения кальциевого обмена в той или иной степени определяются после всех бариатрических вмешательств, однако выраженные изменения прису щи в первую очередь шунтирующим процедурам. Таким образом, всем пациентам, перенесшим бариатрические операции, показаны пожизненное наблюдение и регулярный прием комплекса витаминов и микроэлементов, всем больным, страдающим морбидным ожирением, планирующим и перенесшим бариатрические операции, необходим тщательный мониторинг состояния кальциевого обмена для предупреждения развития тяжелой костной патологии.
