Abstract

Лерканидипин – высоколипофильный дигидропиридиновый антагонист кальциевых каналов ІІІ поколения, обладающий сверхдлительным действием.Первый представитель антагонистов кальция (АК) верапамил был зарегистрирован в 1963 г. Сегодня синтезировано несколько десятков химических соединений со свойствами АК. Клиническое применение получили в основном АК, обладающие конкурентным антагонизмом в отношении потенциалзависимых медленных кальциевых каналов L-типа. К преимуществам всех АК относятся хорошая переносимость и большой спектр фармакологических эффектов: антиангинальный, антигипертензивный, цитопротекторный, антитромботический, в связи с чем их широко используют в кардиологической практике.В последние годы возникла дискуссия по поводу безопасности длительного применения некоторых представителей АК с небольшой продолжительностью клинического действия, которая привела к переоценке роли этих препаратов в лечении сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
