Development of a souvenir bell with use of modeling
Abstract
The articles presents approaches to extract of parts of conic form from positions of analysis of technological deformability of modern non-ferrous metals. Use of modeling on research of process of multitransitional sheet extract for products not only improves the quality of process development, but also allows to predict technology and behavior of workpiece metal before production start. For modeling finite element AUTOFORM system is used. Basic data and results of modeling are given.

Research of tubular samples on stretching (plane deformation)
Abstract
The article presents the technique of research of a plane strain condition of material by stretching of a tubular sample on a chuck. Experiments are made and thickness change diagrams for stretched sample are submitted. It is shown changes of deformation of destruction depending on wall thickness of a stretched sample for materials 20H and D16.

Use of aramid fibers to increase strength of carbon fiber shear along layers
Abstract
This work experimentally verified the possibility of increasing shear properties of poly-composite materials (PCM) for reinforcement in transverse direction. To increase shear strength small tack aramid fibers were used. Flat plates of carbon fiber were manufactured by vacuum infusion of binder. Fibers of thin tack do not disrupt the structure of the PCM while sewing. Additionally use of PPTA fibers instead of PABI is economically profitable. The authors worked the technique of sewing layers of carbon fabric aramid fiber by subsequent infusion dry impregnation of the package through. It is shown that sewing increases the shear strength of high-strength layered carbon fiber.

Modular principle in tool production
Abstract
This article presents modular principle in tool production, which allows to distribute entire range of metal cutting tools, currently used in mechanical engineering, into eight basic modules. The limited range of modules should provide a variety of different instrumental arrangements by different combinations of modules and regulations.

Design of small-sized experimental-industrial profile-bending machine
Abstract
The article is about a small-sized experimental-industrial profile-bending machine of new design intended for further researches, production of thin-walled profiles and use in educational process. The authors proposed to create the first stand with indenters extruding service grooves in tape to reduce losses for excess deformation and friction, as well as to simplify configuration and reduce the cost of tooling.

Experimental study of axisymmetric molding of multilayered material
Abstract
The paper describes experimental study of axially symmetric forming method of Eriksen. The authors determined the limiting strain of multilayer elements to fracture the integrity of individual layers. During experiments authors modified contact conditions of interaction of a tool and a layer. Obtained experimental data by power parameters of process.

Modeling of uneven flanging process
Abstract
Technological operations of sheet-metal forming cause uneven flanging of outer and inner loops. Uneven shape of opening leads to change of flanged edge flow process. Results of studies summarized on the basis of simulation. Modeling revealed problem areas for cut form in a flanged part.
