Abstract
In the present conditions the main factors creating a favorable investment climate are the development of financial market infrastructure, increase of informational transparency of the market and enterprises, increase of government role to protect the rights of investors and owners, availability of advanced forms of investment. The article discusses the main directions of development of financial market infrastructure within regulatory, technological, information and education components.
