Abstract

The authors investigate the potential of network planning and management in the design of process of creation and introduction to the market the innovative engineering products. Advantages of network planning and management, its adaptability with the possibility of a wide use of computer equipment and technology which determines the relevance of this method of management in modern conditions are identified. Action plan for creating and development of new technology, determined by the efficiency of network planning, is formed and optimized.
