Аннотация
Based on the analysis of the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation dated January 11, 2024 No. 1-П and the current legislation regulating the determination of the severity of harm caused to human health, the need to clarify a number of key issues is shown in order to avoid arbitrary interpretation of qualifying signs of serious harm to health.
